Usage instructions
The sachet should be opened at the designated place and consumed directly, regardless of meals. There is no need to dissolve or consume with a drink. Optionally, you can consume it with beverages at room temperature or cold. Do not consume with hot beverages to avoid destroying the liposomes.
Recommended daily portion
1 sachet once a day.

Store in tightly closed packages at a temperature of up to 25°C, out of reach of small children. Protect from light. Do not freeze.

Silibinin is one of the active constituents of a flavonolignan complex (called silymarin) extracted from the seed husks of the spotted thistle. The complex is mainly composed of silibinin, isosilybin, silydianin and silycristine. Silibinin has a hepatoprotective effect, i.e. a protective and regenerative effect on liver cells as a result of sealing the membranes of hepatocytes, which protects them from the entry of toxins into their interior. It also has antioxidant properties, i.e. it reduces oxygen free radicals and maintains high glutathione concentrations in liver cells. Silymarin has been found to have anti-inflammatory properties and to slow down the process of liver fibrosis.
Cynarin is the active ingredient of the artichoke, recognized as the king among medicinal plants with a beneficial effect on digestive processes. Artichoke supports the proper functioning of the digestive system, especially the intestines, and facilitates digestion, exerting a beneficial effect in the case of digestive problems such as the feeling of fullness, flatulence and nausea. Artichoke leaf extract supports the secretion of bile (cholagogue) and also has a positive effect on liver parenchyma and its detoxification. It is cynarin that supports detoxification and cleansing of the body, accelerating the excretion of toxins

Milk thistle
Thistle (Silybum marianum) is a plant widely known for its exceptional health-promoting properties. It contains silymarin, a complex of compounds with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that support liver function and have a protective effect on liver cells. Silibinin, the most active component of silymarin, is particularly valuable in liver regeneration processes. In addition to supporting detoxification, spotted thistle also improves digestion.
Globe artichoke
The artichoke (Cynara scolymus) is considered the oldest vegetable in the world. Its taste qualities and low energy value allow it to be widely used in cooking. The edible part of the artichoke is the undeveloped flower bud. The artichoke is a raw material rich in polyphenols – cynarin, luteolin, it also contains large amounts of inulin. It contributes to the proper functioning of the digestive tract. It supports the proper functioning of the liver, its detoxification functions, as well as digestion. In addition, it contributes to maintaining normal blood lipid levels.
Taurine
Taurine is a non-protein amino acid because it is not able to form peptide bonds, i.e. it is not a protein building block. Taurine is mainly found in skeletal muscle, heart, brain and retina. It has recently been shown that taurine protects the liver against fibrosis. The content of taurine in the body depends on the ability of our cells to synthesize it. However, its amount is insufficient in relation to demand, which is why it is important to supplement it every day.
Phospholipids
Phospholipids are the basic building blocks of cell membranes. They are mainly incorporated into high-density lipoproteins and all hepatocyte membrane-containing structures, giving them the ability to be incorporated into damaged liver cell membranes. It is important to remember that phospholipids aid in the digestion of fats and increase the absorption of the vitamins they contain.
Choline
Choline is an essential nutrient for optimal liver function. Small amounts of choline are produced in the liver, but in order to avoid choline deficiency, we need a daily supply. Choline helps the liver to function properly, contributes to maintaining normal fat metabolizm and contributes to maintaining normal homocysteine metabolizm.
