Ginkgo biloba L., commonly known as ginkgo biloba, is a plant that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for hundreds of years. In Asian countries, it is called the divine tree of life. Vitamin B1, called thiamine, was isolated by Casimir Funk in 1911 from rice bran. Vitamin B1 is water-soluble and is not stored in the body, so it should be supplied to the body daily.
